In T20 cricket, Pakistani T20 captain Shahid Afridi has achieved the award of winning most man of the match awards. So far, Afridi has played 82 T20 matches and he is the only player to win 9 match of the match awards due to his all round performance after scoring 1218 runs and taking 83 wickets.
West Indian star Chris Gayle has so far taken 8 man of the match awards in 45 matches after scoring 1406 runs and he is at the 2nd position. Pakistani all rounder has also taken 8 man of the match awards in 64 matches after scoring 1382 runs and he is at the 3rd spot in this list.
The 4th and 5th positions are taken by New Zealand player McCullum and India’s Yuvraj Singh respectively while both have taken 7 man of the match awards in T20 matches.
