The opening match of T20 Pakistan Super League will be played today between the teams of Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United but a beautiful ceremony will be held before start of this match.
Singer Ali Zafar and Sean Paul will perform in the opening ceremony of Pakistan 1st T20 league PSL while several actors from Pakistan will also participate in this PSL opening ceremony. There are total 5 teams in this first edition of PSL and these teams will play 24 matches in the stadiums of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Karachi Kings, Islamabad United, Lahore Qalanadars, Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi are the 5 teams participating in this first league by PCB. Karachi Kings team will be led by Shoaib Malik while the captains for other teams are: Misbah ul Haq for Islamabad United, Sarfraz Ahmed for Quetta Gladiators, Azhar Ali for Lahore Qalandars and Shahid Afridi for Peshawar Zalmi.
