The future tour program has been announced by International Cricket Council. 2016 T20 world cup will be hosted by India while England is given the right to host ODI world cup 2019.
The future tour program was announced during a council meeting in ICC headquarter Dubai. The program says that the T20 world cup 2016 will be hosted by India while England will be host of three major tournaments till 2019. In 2017, England will host the Champion’s Trophy and Women World Cup while the country will also host the ODI World Cup 2019 which will be played from May 30 to July 15, 2019.
Apart from that, Bangladesh will also host two mega events during this 4 year program. Next year, Bangladesh will host U-19 world cup and it will also host World Cup qualifier 2018. In 2019, New Zealand will host U-19 world cup and West Indies will host the Women’s T20 world cup 2018.
