Nowadays, the affair between cricketer Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma is on top in media but the affair between Bollywood beauties and the cricketers is not new as few of these previous affairs even ended with marriage.
Former West Indian cricketer Vivian Richards had relations with Bollywood actress Neena Gupta and they have a daughter but the affair could not last long. His daughter Masaba Gupta has also showed her capabilities in Bollywood and fashion designing and the relation between Richards and Neena is still present due to her as Neena is marrying her daughter in November and her former husband will also participate in this ceremony.
Famous Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh tried hard to hide her love with Hollywood star Gita Singh but media found their love story and now both have decided to marry this month. Although, Gita is still hiding this affair as she rejected to comment on a wedding question during an interview.
Apart from love affairs, Bollywood stars and cricketers are also good friends. Bollywood star Aamir Khan and Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar are known as close friends and can be seen together in different ceremonies. According to Indian media, Aamir Khan always shows his new film to Tendulkar before its release which he did also before the release of “PK”. Sachin praised this film as the best film by Aamir Khan.
Former Indian captain Kapil Dev and late Bollywood actor Pran were also good friends while both were seen together during foreign tours. It was such a strong friendship that Kapil said that he would name his son on the name of his friend had he got one. Kapil has no son.
Indian captain MS Dhoni and Bollywood actor John Abraham are also good friends. Abraham says that he could not stop himself from going to stadium when Indian team plays a match. He added that Dhoni has 29 motorcycles and he always rides his bike whenever he goes to meet him while Dhoni is a good and light hearted man.
Actor Ranbir Kapoor and cricketer Virender Sehwag is also in this list while their friendship strengthened during a commercial ad. According to Indian media, Sehwag is impressed with dance of Ranbir.
