Sharjah, Pakistan is playing the home series against Sri Lanka in which two test matches and five one day international matches have been played against them. Pakistan lost two test matches against them and now Pakistan won all five ODIs against Sri Lanka. Pakistan played last one day international match at Sharjah against Sri Lanka and completed their white wash against the guest team.
Usman Shinwari Record Breaking Bowling
When Sri Lanka won the toss and started their batting, they did not had any imagination that their all batting line would be flopped by the hands of the newly arriving Pakistani young pacer, Usman Shinwari, who took five wickets on just 21 balls. Their opening players were bowled out cheaply and other batsmen also failed to make big score. Usman took first two wickets for only one run and he was on the brink of hat trick but he could not complete his hat trick. Dickwella, Chandimal, Thirimanne, Thranga and Wickrama became the victims of Usman Shinwari. He became the first Pakistani bowler, who took five wickets on just 21 balls, which is his third record performance after Chaminda Vaas of Sri Lanka and Van Dergugan of Netherland. Vaas took five wickets on 16 balls and Dergugan took 5 wickets on 20 balls. He was pleased with his performance, as he contributed in the victory of Pakistan and he was declared man of the match.
