Rio De Janeiro, The opening ceremony of the 28th edition of RIO Olympics 2016 has been conducted in Markana Stadium located in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. The RIO Olympics will be started from 05 August and it will be continued till 21 August. In these Olympics, total 205 countries are participating. There will be 11,178 athletes, who will perform in different games. The RIO Olympics are divided into 42 games and these games will be included with 306 events. These games will be played at 37 different places.

In the RIO Olympics, the seven member squad of Pakistan will participate in the Olympics and in this squad, two shooters, two swimmers, two athletes and one judo player are included. America has the biggest squad in which 552 players are included while the host Brazil has 475 players in its squad. The archery events will be started first and the first gold medal will be decided in this event.
