It is ensured to include the main players in the World IX to make the tour to Pakistan successful. Keeping in view the successful tour to Pakistan, it is decided to conduct this tour to Pakistan during the first week of September.
According to the source, Pakistan will have to play the matches against Sri Lanka in the UAE, which will be home series of Pakistan and despite of the change in the schedule of the world IX, the series against Sri Lanka will be comprised of two test matches.
The International Cricket Council verified the tour of World IX to Pakistan for the restoration of the international cricket within Pakistan during their annual meeting being conducted in London.
