After Pakistan cricket team took a wonderful 3-1 lead in the series from Sri Lankan team, they have now brought up the Zimbabwe with an offer to take part in a T20 series in spite of ODI, reported by the source on Friday.
As per to the Zimbabwe Cricket Union, to play the series in the month of August pakistan has not signed an MoU yet.
Sooner, West Indies was asked to play a tri-series while the Pakistani team was aimed to visit Zimbabwe for a reciprocal visit in August.
Right now Pakistan stand on the eighth place by having 90 points while West Indies are ninth on the International Cricket Council’s ODI team rankings.
Pakistan will have easily qualified for the 2017 Champions Trophy, If West Indies is not called in for a series in Zimbabwe, and this Trophy is scheduled to be held in England even if they could not manage to win the last ODI from Sri Lanka in the ongoing five-match series.
