Lahore, Zimbabwe Cricket Team is approaching Lahore to play the ODI and T20I cricket series with Pakistan at the home ground of Pakistan. As the cricket series is started now, the complete schedule of the matches between Pak vs Zim has also been issued. Zimbabwe cricket team will reach Pakistan on 19 May, Tuesday and there will be high alert in the area. Zimbabwe Cricket team will play two Twenty20 international matches and three one day international matches.
The first T20I match will be played between Zim vs Pak on 22 May, Friday, while the second Twenty20 international match will be played on 24 May, Sunday. The One day international matches series will be started from the first ODI, which will be played on 26 May, second ODI on 29 May and the final ODI will be played on 31 May. All the Twenty20 international matches will be played in Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
PCB has ordered for the sale of the tickets for the matches and the spectators or viewers can get tickets for the T20I matches & ODI matches. The rates of the tickets for both categories of matches will be different. The range of the tickets for the first two T20 cricket matches will be 250 to 1500 rupees. The VIP tickets for Imran Khan and Fazal Mahmood enclosures will be Rs.1500. the viewers can get the ticket for the general enclosure for Rs.250 and the average class, the tickets will be Rs.500. the viewers can also get the tickets for the three one day international matches, which will be in range from Rs.150, 300 and Rs.1000.
Lahore police has made strict arrangements for the security. The security of the surrounding areas of Gaddafi Stadium is also strict and Lahore police took the control of the nearby areas. Police has also taken the control of the security of Nishtar Park and heads of the nearby police stations and senior police officers have also visited the area and Nishtar Park & they have detailed the task force teams to take control and ensure security of the surrounding areas.
