Pakistan sent a security team to Dharamsala to judge the security situation for the Pakistan and India T20 world cup match that will be played on 19th March 2016 according to the schedule. But the Pakistani security teams showed its concerns about security of Pakistani team due to refusal of CM Himachal Pradesh to provide security to Pakistani team.
After this visit by the security team, PCB wrote a letter to ICC in which it demanded the change of venue for Pakistani team due to security concerns in Dharamsala. Pakistan proposed the venues of Mohali or Kolkata for the Pak v India match. Now BCCI has accepted the demand of PCB and told that they are ready to organize the Pakistan v India world cup match in Kolkata. Soon after the decision by ICC, the venue for match between Pakistan and Indis in ICC T20 WC 2016 will be finalized.
