After playing another good inning in IPL, Indian batsman Virat Kohli took his team Royal Challengers Bangalore to the final four round of IPL. During this league stage, Kohli made several records.
The last league match of the event was played in Raipur where again Kohli batted well. After batting first, Delhi scored 138 runs against Bangalore due to good innings of 60 runs by de Kock.
While batting second, Bangalore lost de Villiers and Gayle early but Kohli batted well and took his team to the next stage by scoring a good fifty and RCB won that match by 6 wickets.
During this IPL season, Kohli made several records. He is the only batsman to score 4 hundreds while he hit most numbers of fours and sixes which are 78 and 36 respectively. With the superb average of 91.90, Kohli scored 919 runs in just 14 T20 matches of IPL.
KKR defeated SRH by 22 runs n another match to qualify for the next round.
