Imad Waseem, Pakistan best all rounder showed his brilliant performance in this T20I matches series and he grabbed nine wickets and now he is included in the top five MRF Tyres ICC players rankings for T20I bowlers after showing his brilliant performance. Imad Waseem was declared the man of the series after finishing of the series and he jumped about 33 places in the latest ranking in the T20I ranking issued by International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday.
Imad Waseem is five points away from Samuel Badree of West Indies. Badree failed to show good performance in this T20I series and his position was dropped two points down and he is present at the third place while Imad Waseem reached at the fourth position after Badree. Imran Tahir is present at the first position in the T20 rankings.
Sohail Tanveer has shown remarkable performance in T20I matches and he is now at the 36th position after rising about 19 positions from the previous position, as he took five wickets in three T20I matches. Shoaib Malik has shown good performance in batting and he scored 80 runs to contribute in the winning of the three T20I matches and he gained 10 spots and reached to 35th position. Babar Azam scored 101 runs in all three T20I matches and he leapt from 201 to 66th position. Khalid Latif reached at the 94th position after making 95 runs.
Virat Kohli of India is at the top position in the batting ranking and Aaron Finch of Australia is followed at the second position, as he is 49 points behind Kohli.
Pakistan has total 111 points and it is at the seventh position in the MRF Tyres ICC T20I team ranking. New Zealand is at the top position in the ranking and India is present at the second position while South Africa is at the fourth position in the ICC T20 rankings. Previously West Indies was at the top in team ranking and after losing three T20I matches against Pakistan, it lost its first position and now it is present at the fourth position.
