Dubai, The English team claim for ball tempering against Wahab Riaz was proved false. The team management complained with the match referee, Andy Craft against Wahab Riaz but they failed to provide any solid proof to prove their claim. There was also no video footage, which could show that Pak bowler was involved in rubbing the ball under his feet.
According to the details, that England team maintained its policy to give rise the crisis in the series against Pakistan. They tried to raise ball tempering issue but their management was failed to provide any proof for their claim. On the fourth day of Dubai test, fielder Wahab Riaz threw the ball of Zulfiqar Babar to the wicket keeper with the tip of his shoes. English batsman, Joy Root was present on the crease and he complained to the Umpire that Wahab Riaz tried to damage the shape of the ball with his boot.
He also blamed that Wahab Riaz stood over the ball and there was exchange of hot words between these two players.
