The distance between these two destinations was 173 kilometers. Mark Cavendish of Great Britain won the 13th stage of the Tour De France cycle race. He covered this distance of 173 kilometers in the time of 3 hours, 40 minutes and 8 seconds. Peter Saigan remained on the second position while Leema of Holland came on the third number in the whole race.
