Shahid Afridi, Ahmed Shehzad and Umar Akmal are called by Pakistan Cricket Board to participate in the fitness test that will be organized before the English tour.
13th May to 5th June 2016 is the schedule of fitness test that will be held in Abbottabad for the possible players of Pakistan national team for tour of England while tomorrow is the starting date of fitness test for players present in the central contract of PCB.
It is important to note that the names of 35 players for training camp on Abbottabad before tour of England have been announced by chief selector Inzamam ul Haq during which M Irfan, Ahmed Shehzad, Umar Akmal and Shahid Afridi were dropped and the condition of fitness was laid for participation of M Hafeez.
In July this year, Pakistan cricket team will tour England where the national team will play 1 T20 match, 4 test matches and 5 ODI matches.
