Shahid Afridi wants to focus on T20 League Cricket

Famous all rounder Shahid Afridi said that he will only play T20 league cricket now as he has already played a lot of international cricket.

Former national captain currently plays T20 cricket for is country as he has already left ODI and test cricket. Even in T20 cricket, he played his last match in the T20 world cup in India way back in March 2016. The all rounder said during a ceremony in University of Karachi that Imran Khan praised his fitness which means he is fit to play further cricket but now he wants to enjoy T20 league cricket as he has played enough international cricket.

Shahid Afridi also said that Sarfraz Ahmed is most suitable for leading the team as he is a fighter. If board gives him captaincy of all the three formats of the game then it will be a good decision. He also praised the step taken by PCB to organize PSL final in Lahore but added that conducting all the matches of PSL in Pakistan is necessary to get maximum benefit from this league. Apart from Lahore, PSL matches should also be played in other major cities like Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan and others.
