The three cricketers were present in Hobart, where the second test match was played between Australia and South Africa and they were sitting in a van and they did not tie the seat belt. Shane Warne made the video while riding in the van having 4 minutes long and he shared this picture on the facebook account. He was traveling with Michael Slater and Eion Bailey, Kevin Patterson and Mark Taylor. When he shared this video on facebook, he felt his mistake and tied the seat belts at once but the police analyzed this video and they fined the cricketers as $300 per head for not tying the seat belt. Bailey was present on the front seat and Mark Taylor was driving the van, and both the cricketers tied their seat belts.
