The names of available players for the draft of PSL 2 have been announced by Pakistan Cricket Board. On 19th October 2016, this PSL 2 draft will be held in Dubai.
In the ‘platinum category’ for PSL 2, there are total 28 players. These include A Hales, E Morgan, Jason Roy, Brendon McCullum, K Sangakkara, Shakib al Hassan, Chris Gayle, shane Watson, Wahab Riaz, Ahmed Shahzad and Umar Akmal.
In the next ‘diamond category’, total 33 players are present including W Parnell, N McCullum, T Dilshan, James Andersen, Sharjeel Khan and M Amir.
In ‘gold category’, there are total 74 players including Saeed Ajmal and former captain Salman Butt while ‘Silver category’ is the most saturated one with 255 players including M Asif. In the ;emerging category’, 14 players are present.
