Pak Won First Test Against West Indies

Kingston, Pakistan cricket team won the first test match by 7 wickets, which was played in Jamaica. Pakistani cricket team showed tremendous performance in the match and it won the test match easily and with the convincing margin. West Indian team was failed to make big scored in the first and second innings. The initial players of West Indian side were failed in both the innings and the middle order batsmen struggled to some extent to make good score and save the match.

West Indies played first and it made 286 runs in the first innings in which Chase made 63 runs, Jason Holder 57 runs not out and Dowrich made 56 runs. In the first inning, Muhammad Amir of Pakistan took six wickets and he did not allow West Indian players to play freely and made good score. Pakistan responded well and it made 407 runs with the help of 99 runs not out of Misbah Ul Haq and 72 runs made by Babar Ahmed, 58 runs of Younis Khan and 54 runs made by Sarfaraz Ahmed.

When West Indies started its second innings, all of the team was bowled out at 152 runs in which 49 runs of Powell were included. Yasir Shah took six wickets while Muhammad Abbas took two wickets in the second innings. Pakistan got the target of 32 runs to win the first test match against West Indies. Pakistan won the test match by 7 wickets and it completed the score for loss of three wickets. Yasir Shah was declared man of the match during first test match.
