Pakistan cricket board has announced the complete squad for the coming tri-series against Australia and Zimbabwe.
The selection committee of PCB announced the Pakistani squad and the selection committee was headed by the ex skipper of Pakistani cricket team, Inzamam ul Haq and he has consulted with Pakistani skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed and coach Mickey Athur. Pakistan will play the tri series against Australia and Zimbabwe and after that Pakistan will play the 5 one day international matches series against Zimbabwe on their home ground.
Team Pakistan
The tri series among Australia, Zimbabwe and Pakistan will be played from 01 July to 08 July 2018 and the ODI series against Zimbabwe will be played from 13 July 2018. Some noticeable changes have been made in the national cricket team and young opener Sahibzada Farhan will be included in the Pakistani cricket team.
Selection Committee Remarks
The selection committee of PCB has made some changes in the national cricket team and Sahibzada Farhan is selected in the T20i squad and Muhammad Hafeez has been taken back in the national team to play the T20i and ODI series. The bowling action of Muhammad Hafeez has been cleared and he will be part of the national team as all rounder. Babar Azam received the injuries in the tour to England series and now his inclusion in the national team is subject to his fitness. He was not considered for the tri series but he would be included in the national team to play the ODI matches against Zimbabwe. Asif Ali is the good addition in lower middle order to make the middle order strong and Junaid Khan and Yasir Shah recovered their injuries and they are included in the national team.
