Hamilton, Pakistan played the test series against New Zealand recently in which New Zealand beat Pakistan in the two test matches series. The second test match was played at Hamilton from 25 Nov to 29 Nov. In the second test match, the players of New Zealand cricket team showed their tremendous performance. New Zealand scored 271 runs in the first inning with the score of 55 runs made by Rawal and 49 runs by Watling. Pakistan scored only 216 runs in which Babar Azam scored 90 runs and Sarfaraz scored 41 runs leaving 55 runs lead to New Zealand. When NZ played in the second inning, it scored 313 runs and set the target for Pakistan was 369 runs, which was the big target for the strangling battling line up of Pakistan.
Ross Taylor was the main batsman, who scored century in the second inning and Latham scored 80 runs. When Pakistan started their batting in the second inning, Azhar Ali and Sami Aslam gave the handsome start and Azhar Ali scored 58 runs while Sami Aslam was caught out at 91 runs, which was his career best score. No other batsmen could show the remarkable performance in the second innings. By winning the second test match, New Zealand completed the white wash in the test series and Pakistan batting line up was flopped on the fast track.
