Pakistan Super League was being played this year and there were some matches, which were going to be played but the coronavirus pandemic was spreading in the country and these remaining matches had to cancel. Pakistan Cricket Board decided to refund the tickets of all those matches to the buyers, which could not be played. Now the people can know about the tickets refund process of 10 PSL matches, which were abandoned due to rain, played behind closed doors or rescheduled because of the COVID-19. The refund of the tickets will be carried out in two different phases. How to Get Cash Refunds for PSL 5 Matches.
Phase 1
In the first phase of the refunding of the tickets, the tickets of the five group matches, being played behind closed doors following COVID-19 outbreak along with the washed out match in Rawalpindi, will be refunded from 13-7-2020 to 5-8-2020.
Phase 2
The second phase will be continued from 6th to 29th August 2020 and during this phase, the tickets of the qualifier, two eliminators and final match will be repaid.
Timings, Refunds Centers & What to Bring
The process of the refunding of the tickets will be carried out from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm from the designated TCS Express Centers being located in Bhakkar, Abbottabad, Rawalpindi, Mian Channu, Quetta, Islamabad, Layyah, Faisalabad, Karachi, Islamabad, Sukkur, Faisalabad, Vehari, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Khanewal, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, Burewala, Jhang, Chakwal, Sahiwal, Lodhran, Sargodha, Gujranwala, DG Khan, Rahim Yar Khan, Sialkot and Raiwind.
The ticket holders will have to provide the original, unstamped tickets to avail the cash refund, which will be validated by the TCS Staff. People need to wear the face masks so that they can enter in the TCS Express Centers and they will also strictly adhere the government guidelines. It is also said that the PCB is going to conduct the remaining matches during November this year because the return of the tickets will result in loss of millions to the board.
